As with any sport there is a level of risk.  All participants must sign a waiver (which can be viewed on our site) before departure.  We treat our guests in a professional manner and will expect the same in return.  Unsafe riders will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip due to bad weather, or any other unforeseen problems that may arise that are beyond our control.

We require a minumum of 2 days notice to cancel your rentals, 7 days if our fleet has been booked.  Otherwise you will forfeit your funds.  Once the trip has been taken no refunds will be given.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers’ access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
